Girasol Capital LLC (led by founder Chip Schellhorn) announces its purchase of CMJ Manufacturing, Inc of Mulvane, Kansas. Specializing in precision aerospace components, CMJ is a leader in mill and lathe metal manufacturing. Previous owners Kent and Rodney Bruntz, who founded the company almost 20 years ago, are looking forward to pursuing other interests following a six-month transition.
