Chip Schellhorn | Founder & Managing Partner
Originally from Kansas City, Chip spent 11 years flying jets in the United States Navy. Stationed around the country and deployed to combat zones all over the world, he developed significant expertise in operations leadership, strategy development, and crisis management. Chip currently lives in Wichita, and he is excited to lead a business with the same enthusiasm and principles that he led Sailors – if you take care of your people and give them a sense of purpose, they will perform.
Chip and his wife have two young daughters, and they enjoy running, cooking, and spending time outdoors. They root for the Kansas Jayhawks and Kansas City Chiefs.
Chip received his bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, and following his Active Duty Naval service, he earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
